nicknames- get advice

if u just dont no what 2 nicname ur pokemon, i can help! i have soem pretty original nicnames (4 the most part) so just fill out this order form and ill help!

species- what pokemon is it?
gender- yeh, i dont want 2 name ur female pokemon bob, not that id suggest that... if it doesnt have a gender, say "unknown" if its only one gender, say "always (insert gender its always here)"
shiny?- this can affect things
evolving into?- for example, if u have a charmander, r u planning 2 keep it at the charmander stadge, evolve into charmeleon and keep it there, or evolve it in2 charizard? and another example. lets say u have an eevee, r u keeping it as an eevee? if not, which eevee evo r u planning 2 evolve it in2?

im not making ne assumptions, so an incomplete order form may make me ignore u, but if id do, ill say y. hope u like my nicnames!
