    I think I named my Tentacruel TENTARAPE or something. I'm pretty proud of that one.

    Otherwise I usually do something that's semi-related to the Pokemon and something I'd find clever.

    I don't really name Pokemon... but I have one good Pokemon name that made me laugh to no end. I thought of it when I was looking for a Ditto...

    DITTO - PIMP

    ABRA - A BRA

    :)

    Think about it, when you send it out it will say

    *Trainer* sent out A BRA

    And with DITTO call it A PIMP instead, so it will say *Trainer* sent out A PIMP

    And although it is a bit offtopic:

    In FR/LG/R/B/Y/G call your Rival KISS ME because when he talks to Prof.Oak (Say his name was GARY)

    GARY: Gramps I'm tired of waiting

    If you call him KISS ME it says

    KISS ME: Gramps I'm tired of waiting

    I didn't come up with the KISS ME thing. Ryuuzaki-San did. He told me at school.

    Blaziken - Fire Scream
    Swampert - Ocean Cry

    Others, however, are random...

    Pikachu - I like Bread
    Charizard - Mewtwo

    Others are classics...

    Latios - Lati
    Giratina - Girrater
    Pikachu - ( I'll let you guess )

    But... I will never Forget what my brother named my Duduo...
