Yeah, I also don't think that this is in anyway a decent tutorial, and being incomplete doesn't have anything to do with it.

While your efforts to contribute to the forum are appreciated, such a tutorial isn't much help to anyone. I mean heck, if you're going to submit a tutorial, at least complete it and ensure that decent examples are shown, since you're only making yourself look bad.

So, what you have to do is either complete this tutorial very soon to a satisfactory level, or follow Alistair's and [NovaPirate]'s advice and give yourself some time to improve (I'll close this thread if that's the case). Good luck.
 
I'm sorry, Amachi. I have it going good, but I only have short periods where I keep having database errors here on the forums. Plus Photobucket goes slow. I just want to apologize for this mess. I felt so rushed into this. I'm on vacation, so when I get home and have better connection (Which is probably the case), I'll make the update. In the mean time, I'll try. Just remember, I'm trying to get this up. When it falls in my hands once again, this tutorial will be complete. I'm only being cautious by making small updates, so big walls of text won't be deleted.

um i have a problem, how do i match my sprites (the ones i will use in my fangame) with my tiles, it just looks plain bad 0.o i think my tiles are bad the only ones i liek are the dirt and ground =(
