Mine is Timid. It works well, especially with Support from a Baton Passer.
Also, it helps to switch it in when you predict your opponent is going to use a Fire move.

But, like all of my sets, the standard is better :/

WoW helps with defense problems, flamethrower obvious STAB, Hypnosis for pokemon like Blissey who wall, and HP Electric to provide surprise against Water sweepers expecting it easy. :)

Similar to Magmortar really. (Although I like Magmortar far better)
