Hmm... I don't see why you need Liechi Berry. I know the poke increases Atk on low Health.. but wouldn't you faint before you BP or U-turn like by the opponent unless they aren't that good? Meh.. Liechi Berry / Salac I reckon is ideal.

sorry to sound likea n00b but is there a way to build a team, story and all etc etc and play it on the computer? if so let me know :D
 
There is one problem with penguinpal's set: the EVs. Ninjsk is faster than everything except speed deoxys. Still, w/o speed EVs and a jolly nature, you'd have to think ninjask could be outsped by the likes of jolteon and crobat.
 
Yeah I have seen a focus sash work well on a ninjask. I had this guys team on the run, and he had ninkask and I think breloom. He sent out ninjask protected, I tried flamethrower with muk. then he u-turned and sent out breloom, I killed it with gunk shot and he sent out ninjask. He focus sashed when he sent out his ninjask. He almost killed my low HP muk with a protect sub combo. I ended up winning though
