    This is going to be my Ninjask in FR.

    Ninjask@Leftovers
    Not sure of nature but not trying to get a specific one.
    Substitute
    Shadow Ball
    Silver wind
    Baton pass

    I can't have Swords Dance on it so don't suggest it because I've already used it.
     
    If you can get EV: 252 Att, 252 Speed and Nature: Adamant or Jolly, you're good to go. I'd rather drop Shadow Ball for Swords Dance, but since you can't have it, may as well go with this moveset.

    As for the held item, give it Liechi or Petaya Berry. (depending on if you want to pass to a physical or special sweeper).
     
    I got the Leftys so I can get some of the HP back I used for sub., I don't like to EV train there for I will just buy medicine and pump it up that way, because I know how to get a lot of money fast, I can get 20,000 for killing two pokemon! :D
     
    Level 20: Double Team, Fury Cutter, Screech
    Level 25: Swords Dance
    Level 31: Slash
    Level 38: Agility
    Level 45: Baton Pass

    as for your team seems pretty good overall....i would get swords dance though

    Remind me what a Starf Berry does? I've forgotten offhand...
     
    Starf Berry sharply (x2) raises one random stat
     
    If you want to go beat up people with a ninjask go:

    Ninjask@Choice Band
    - Aerial Ace
    - Silver Wind
    - Shadow Ball
    - HP Rock

    If you can't get HP rock or choice band just go with Swords Dance instead and hope that Ninjask will survive
     
    Could work also though i prefer liechi berry then
     
    when hp is below 25%, liechi will boost your attack by 1 level (aka using one howl).

    Choice band set is my set which I'm told you about a long time ago XD And it can kill a LOT more than Mewtwo... ask the poor SPPers who got swept by it XD

    That will get owned by almost any Pokemon =|... Almost any attack breaks it sub...
     
    Those are all excellent strategies. I'd prefer the Choice Band thing myself.
