[Other] Nintendo Rom Editor Exception: File Too Short to Contain NSBMD

    Hi, I'm attempting to make a Pokemon Black ROM hack, but when I tried to open it, Nintendo Pokemon ROM Editor says this:

    [PokeCommunity.com] Nintendo Rom Editor Exception: File Too Short to Contain NSBMD


    If you can please help fix this problem, I will continue to make a ROM hack.
