[Scripting Question] No Encounter Roaming Pokemon if Partner?

I would like to remove it so that you can encounter a roaming Pokemon even if there's a partner. Which in my case your partner is your Pokemon and I think the Following Pokemon is interfering.

Did you try to find the roaming Pokémon without partner?

I did try I restarted the game in DEBUG mode and warp to a map with the roaming Pokemon still didn't encounter it. I set the chance of encountering it to 100% so I should find it on the first try.

Have you activated the relative game_switch?

I think you have to edit single Wild Encounter script section. Take a look to it.

The Encounter Modifiers (probably not) or the Encounters. And what exactly and I'm checking for in there?
