Don't pirate. It's an anti-pirate mechanic that prevents your Pokémon from getting any experience to make the game unplayable if it isn't real.
Sorry but ROM questions and help are not allowed here so try asking in the Black and White Emulation Help thread instead. n_n Also, I suggest looking in our lovely B/W FAQ before asking a question because you might find your answer there first.
