No more Ubers

    It seems Nintendo doesn't want n00bs not raising their own Pokemon and using their Ubers. So NO MORE UBERS allowed in Wi-Fi!

    I Personally think all the little kids will whine and complain, but it will be better for us who enjoy serious battles, without people who think they are good just 'cause of Ubers.

    A True trainer raises non Uber Pokemon and battles them for fun, mostly to win, but I battle for fun, no matter if I win or lose.

    You can say your reactions here, but for me...

    Thanks for that important update. I wouldn't say that this is a good thing, because some people would like to use, um, 'ubers', and we shouldn't say they can't, but at the same time, I agree with you. I spent a fair amount of time working on my team, just to get beat by a punk using Mewtwo? Not gonna happen. Still, their should be a place specifically for uber players.

    If they get mad that they can't use their ubers in real competitive standard play, too bad. I for one do not wan't to play in some game were I never win cause someone wants to use Shaymin.
     
    I am mostly happy about this, but there's a part of me that wants to crush the little kids using sucky non-trained ubers. I agree with sims about a specific uber section. That would be a good idea, and if you want to check how good ur team is, you could use non-ubers there.

    Yup, I'm SOOO glad they're doing this. My only on-line losses are from teams of ubers, and now that that's been eliminated.... muahahahaha!
     
    I personally think this is great and I hope it's kept that way. :D I can't stand ubers. I hope this encourages more original teams. I do think they should perhaps have an option for "legendary battles" though, for those that like them...

    I'm surprised it took Nintendo even this long to take action with it. Although, absolutely NO legendaries is a tad harsh. Maybe limiting it to 1 or 2, but no more than that.

    In the long run, I suppose it will make PBR more enjoyable. I wouldn't know though, I have yet to play it.

    I use kyogre/ pikachu combo... When I play doubles it is my pikachu that kills everything. Everyone goes for kyogre who is a special tank, but in the end, my pikachus thunder is what kills everything.
     
    Thats true, but then people whose team consist exclusivly with legendaries/ubers. Then they have the nerve to gloat about how unbeatable they are. It ruins the game for everyone else. It also ruins it for people who plays with ubers, maybe one in a team.
     
    I like this idea, but I have Azelf in my team and he really isn't qualified as a "Uber". I think he's more in the OU section really.
     
    Meh, nice to know that there's no risk of ending up battling a team of Arceus, Palkia, Kyogre, Mewtwo, Latios (holding Soul Dew), and Rayquaza. Still, at least we can use legendaries to battle with our friends, or at least people we have the friend codes of. I don't really care about ubers or not, since my Dragonite seems to kill anything except some steel types in one or two hits once I use Dragon Dance and Wing Attack/Dragon Rush.
     
    serebii just updated the page telling that nintendo did not bann legenderies but there is a glitch that bann them from batteling you i think check the page agin to see
