4th Gen Non-Evolving Riolu?

    Can anyone help me with this problem?

    I've got a Riolu who has the Footstep ribbon and Adores me (According to the Fan Club lady) And I level it up at night and it doesn't evolve????\

    Please help...
     
    It has to level up with max happiness during the day.
     
    Yeah make sure its in the day, and force-feed it poffins for good measure :)
     
    ok once i get the game and i get a riolu i'll do it!
     
    the Easiest way to evolve baby pokemon that need happiness is give em EXP share, and go to an area that has good tough pokemon. Use another pokemon to battle, and make sure its High leveled so the EXP share is good. then it should evolve around lvl 24ish
     
    I think what happens to some people is that the way something looks determines how certain things occur like riolu is adorned in dark blue and black making a person think night. but yeah its day, good for you that you got it to evolve. =P
