Hey well for a start stealth rock and grass knot shouldn't be on empoleon because he is a water and steel type pokemon. So i would put in metal claw drill peak. Jolteon well if you put in rain dance and thunder and then put in bite cause i don't know what else to do for it lol. Garchomp is alright. Gardevoir take away protect and put in miracle eye. Lucario don't know much for him lol. And charizard try fire fang. Hope i have helpt alittle pm me if you want help for the future.
