Issue: [not new] The Zel Issue

I guess most of you know what I'm talking about : the member zel (2.0).
You know better than me that he left PC a bunch of time ago, and now his account is flamed, spamed and trolled to death. So, my suggestion is we somehow block his VM page so we stop this issue.
Not really a problem, but I hate seeing a member like "yuinah786" (not really an account) post :
"zel ai rily luv yur hak, pleze relese beta 6 already !!1!!1!1 :D"

This is hardly an issue if he's never here, and if he does return, I'm sure he can disable it himself.

It can't be explained better than this, honestly. I fail to see the point on editing his account if he's not going to notice anything D: Just avoid old Carlos' account and you'll be fine.

He won't return and soon, there will be two full years since he left PC.
I was just asking a mod to...do something. If he ever comes back, he can make a new account...
