Notifications problem

Hi there I am not sure whether its intend to be like this but few weeks ago when I play with this forum, when ever I got a new reply on my thread or the thread that I replied / quote I will get notification. But nowadays, the notification won't even notify me and I had to go to my email and check through there.

Is this some kind of bug or some setting I am missing? I already check the setting and instant notification is tick and so on..

Hi there, Lemon! Are you sure that these aren't quote notifications? Whenever somebody quotes one of your posts, whether it be in your thread or someone else's, you'll instantly be notified for it. If they don't, you will not. When the person edits their message after quoting, you'll receive a notification for it, too, if you're wondering, but that's only a bug, and will be fixed at some point in future.

If you're subscribed to threads, then only two ways to check them for now is, I believe, via either user control panel or e-mail. There have been plans on turning them into actual notifs, but as far as I'm aware, that hasn't been implemented yet, sadly.

hmm thanks for the clarification.. Am I suppose to get a notification too if someone reply to my thread without quote? Because I am not getting one. Looks like the system gets a little bit lazy to notify me already haha XD

No problemo, haha. I don't think so, sorry. :( You're still able to receive updates, though, if you use subscription option.
