I'm still relatively new so I don't get alot of notifications, but lately i've been having some notifications. Infact, yesterday I had atleast 4 notifications; All of which were from the same person.

Scratch that, I get around 4-7 notifications a day.

I can have anywhere from 5 to 12 when I get on. Then, I usually don't check them for awhile. XD;;

When I actually check my VMs, and when people reply? I don't know, I could have close to 20 a day, maybe.

It's also 20 days by the time you respond to anyone. :P What? No I didn't hear anything.

I get about 3-5 a day, depends on activity in the Extreme Speed tournament, who I've been having VM conversations with, and if I've been in a rep-cycle lately.
