Notifications

    Sorry if this is the wrong place but......

    I'm just trying to get this set up on my phone (iPhone) and struggling to get going.

    When we are out and about, should I get some sort of notification if we go near a Pokemon? We've been out plenty of times since I installed it, but never had anything. Notifications are enabled on the app settings.

    You'll only find wild Pokémon whilst you have the app open and the 'notification' will just be your phone buzzing when they appear. If you don't have the app open you won't find anything and there aren't to my knowledge any notifications for the app which will appear in your status bar or anything like that.
