Anyways, that area had quite frequent hurricane hits, recently getting about a 30 yr stretch with no activity. Apparently they thought it was a permeneant calmness. So really, I do know what I'm talking about.

Paul, Paul, Paul... I wasn't saying you don't have any idea what your talking about, I was merely letting you know how silly your statement sounded. According to your logic, saying, "there?s good reason that we shouldn't have built a city there." (New Orleans) is like saying there shouldn't be any cities anywhere near the southern shores of the United States. And if I'm understanding you correctly, I get the impression you believe any city or concentrated area of human beings that gets struck by natural disaster?s fairly regularly shouldn't be there.

See...I just thought of a new place to shove it. It's in the front side of his body, starts with the letter U, and ends in the letter A.
