You both have way too strict standards. With the normal grading system, a D is usually bad (though, not failing). A C is decent. You should not try that hard. Too high standards can cause you trouble later on.

I get straight A's (In honors classes, but it's LAUSD so it's not saying much) but I never get anything good, have to do house chores, and technically banned from the computer (I sneak a lot), and it's like a dictatorship here (For my own good as the parents line goes)

I can't help but do my best to maintain them though since good Colleges in the US are so competitive. TT^TT

Edit: I've lowered my standards to maintaining things to 90+. =| I used to be obseesed with keeping things over 100% through extra credit tho~

Hmm... Well... Personally, since I got a bunch of Cs in 7th grade math, I have decided that Ds and Fs/Es are much worse XD But I still like getting B minuses and above, just 'cause ^^

Still, as long as I know (and my parents know) that I tried my hardest, that's all that matters~

I've seen what having too high standards can do...one of my friends was always forced to get A's. Now that he's in college (and away from his parents), he's not doing so great. Just don't push yourselves too hard. (I need to actually try harder...but with chemistry, that's hard to do...it wouldn't be so bad if it was something else.)

I had my own laptop, but since I had to move... Else I was able to get on PC each night without my parents finding out XD

But I'll be moving back to that same school and I'll be getting a laptop next year <3

By the way, love the Shinku theme you have there, Wish. Peach-Pit is one of my fave mangakas~

Was it really~? I only watched, like, one episode of the anime but read a couple volumes of the manga XD Still, I have the first opening and the overture ending on my mp3 player XD It's an interesting plot, but then again, a lot of mangakas and directors come up with interesting ideas.

I watched the first episode, then waited about two more months until I continued. I got hooked after that and continued on with Traumend and Ouverture.

I have all the OPs and EDs on my iPhone. One of the OPs (Traumend) is one of my custom ringtones for one of my friends.

I've never made a thread that ended up getting locked on PC before... Unless someone dare posts in my dead RP XD But I have posted in threads that are now locked... (like the old TCTI)
