5-6 hours of sleep is a bit unhealthy. Recommended are 8-9 hours of sleep.
I sleep something like 10-11 hours a day during summer break, so I sleep a bit too much. XD
I know it was directed at Malyka, I just thought I'd state that since I get the same amount of hours. Except for the past week, I've been getting 8 hours everday. I'm just used to being up 'til 1AM finishing my homework.
