    What's the point of a forum when we've to discuss only what moderators want us to? When I joined yesterday, I thought I finally got the forum I want. But moderators keep locking my threads. Check this thread:

    Moderator thinks this is pointless, so it's locked. But hey you moderator, people did replied to this post within 11 minutes!

    So anyways, before I post another new thread which gets locked again, please tell me what all can I actually discuss about on here?

    You'd have to take it up with Syd, but to me, it did look suspiciously like a generic, "How many Pokemon games have you played?" thread with the stipulation of only naming GenIII games. why make one of those when a general thread on the same subject can be readily found in the General Pokemon Gaming section?
     
    Because what discussion are people going to get out of saying whether or not they played a GBA game? "Yeah, I played Sapphire on GBA" Okay? That's cool? You can easily talk about that in the journey journal.

    If you have a problem with any of my actions in the future, just PM me. No point in taking it to this forum.

    So anyways, before I post another new thread which gets locked again, please tell me what all can I actually discuss about on here?

    Anything that's not generic or already covered, I suppose. There's not a thread for "what do you think was the best Pokemon gaming innovation" or something. Use your imagination.
     
    Yeah right. I'll take care that PokéCommunity is not for "all" discussion, but only restricted.

    And I don't PM to moderators unless I want to get banned. Plus, I didn't even wanted to ask for that thread to be unlocked.

    Yeah. It's really strange that we enforce standards at which we would like to keep our forums too. How dare we close generic threads that promote no discussion that would crowd away threads that could potentially create more interesting discussion then "what games have you played n_n." Bad Sydian, bad for being such a good moderator. I'm going to fire you for that grrrrrrrr.

    Everything in life has some sort of restriction, just so you know. We can't expect true freedom from somewhere, especially on the internet.

    And I'm not going to ban a member for PMing me about something. And you don't have to PM me just to ask to get a thread unlocked. You could have just asked me why it was locked in the PM instead of bringing it to public attention. But oh well, I like this limelight.
