NSE Box Sprite not working

I'm using NSE to import a sprite to a pokemon for while its in your pokemon tab or in the pc. It wont load the image and its super annoying

You should provide much more context of what steps you took to make changes to the ROM (probably with screenshots). No one can help you based on what you provided here.
