    Well, I'm looking for an NU Poke to lead my NU team. Does anyone have any recommendations? I am not looking for a baton passer, though it may be the only thing.......

    Plusle does well since its one of the fastest NU Pokemon and it can quickly set up a Sub and Baton Pass out of danger.

    CB Raticate also works. Well, Raticate in general does, since it can learn sweet moves like Super Fang and Endeavor.

    What could I lead of with that can EQ well and beat Flareon? Cause people always use Flareon......

    The only good NU Pokemon that can learn Earthquake are Sudowoodo, Hitmonchan, Relicanth, and Whiscash. Relicanth is a good choice as a counter since people rarely put HP Grass on Flareon and it has good enough Defense to survive an HP Fighting. Of course, Whiscash is the only one of the bunch that gets STAB.

    No one leads with Flareon in UU. Plusle is your best bet
