well I want to post a link to my sprite comic over in the sprite comic section but it won't let me untill I have 15 post which is a dumb rule so 1111111111111111111111111111111111

Erm, no. If you're going to post in order to get 15 posts, then do it by posting correctly, not by spamming.

Also, you can still post links without the 15 posts - just put spaces in the URL, and it'll go through.
