Officially, today, or tomorrow(My memory died) Tali has been inactive for A MONTH. Here is Tali's first inactive banner. XD I would make it animated, but meh, I'm not at school, I could fix it at school though...Hmm..XD Anyway~
I would've used Altaria, but it's piccehs suck. XD
