I been fogetting to post in this topic since PC was bad so yeah. And adding to your comments i think sigs sometimes looks good with banners but it depends on the actual person...

Yeah Nica it does depend but I'm just saying that it's better if ya don't have millions of banners in your sig or it may look bad most of the time and it may be over the sig limit^^;

You are so lucky to have PSP but i got this okay prgram.. well it made the banner in my sig...I really wish that normal paint had animation anyways...

Well only problem is that I got my science assignment to finish that's all!
Yes I can keep PSP just that the computer with it broke down so my dad has to fix it drat it<<

Well firstly that computer had pictures for fanclubs saved on there, my avatr +banners, PSP, assignment etc you see how much important that computer was ta me =\

--~ Oh! And I changed my avatr to Poochyena cause I sent an avatar to show to MM99 from email when PC wasn't working so eh I put it on it was the only avatar on PSP that I made which I still have now;;
My day isn't going that well but at least my dad has spare comps >_<;

Your avy is so cute anyways. I just love the sunlight effectish bit. I can get sunlight but not as cool as that. That's sad about your computer my deepest condolinces..Jae, is that spelt right? x3 yeah so sad for your computer.
