XD my banner in my sig I don't have outer glow so I can't use it on my own banner grr I'l have to ask my dad for photoshop now but I always says it's prob's to hard for me to understand ;;
Yeah May_Eevee asked me for a banner some time ago and I was just getting used to using PSP.
