O__O The Noob is here!

Bronzong isn't really all that great a togekiss counter to be honest. NP Aura Sphere is bound to hurt and it can flinch you with Air slash. Gyro Ball barely hurts sincwe it's pretty slow (80 base spd).

You're going to be weak to it unless you put in an electric, so I wouldn't worry about it much. Still, a special wall would help since Heatran and Gengar are going to wear down Ludi pretty quickly.
Heatran can't fire off Fire Blast/Flamethrower/Overheat since Gardevoir can Trace it's ability and make it officially useless because of the Traced Flash Fire and the other moves won't hurt much.If Gengar switches in while Gardevoir or Salamence are in,Psychic and Draco Meteor respectively will OHKO Gengar.

Heatran can still MS Gardevoir and Earth Power it to hell while you can't hurt it.

Also, the point of countering Gengar is to switch into Gengar when it comes in, not to stop if from switching in in general. Besides, it can just come in on another pokemon and threaten your entire team.

Well, the choice sets of Gengar rely on what move they choose.Shadow Ball,Skarmory.HP Ice,Ludicolo beats it with Leech Seed.Thunderbolt,Claydol can Ice Beam and set up Reflect for my team.Hypnosis,if it is on the set at all, really depends on if the Orb of Heracross activated it's status first.Heatran really depends on what set it's using.Rest-Talk can get worn down eventually with Ludicolo and Heracross can proceed to KO it,Choice Specs Dragon Pulse won't do much to Ludicolo with Leech Seed and Leftovers while Leech Seed and Surf will take it down.

You don't get it. There is just as good a possibility that you will be outpredicted and one of your pokemon will fall. you can't rely on outpredicting something to counter it, otherwise Cresselia would be a Heracross counter assuming it could predict when it wouldn't use Megahorn.

Besides, Choice Gengars aren't the only ones. LO Hypnosis Gengar can sleep anything on your team and destroy the switch-in with a boosted attack.

Hmm,then what should I do?I'm thinking of switching Blissey with something, but the pain of getting the nature is bad.

Edits in bold.
Nice Team.
Thanks.I changed Night Slash to Facade and Brave Bird lets it actually do some damage.
