6th Gen Odd Question

    Recently I noticed that whenever I put my OR into sleep mode with a full party of un-hatched eggs i would come back to a single egg being hatched. The game was in sleep mode, i had not moved and my game time wasn't any different. I can't find anything about it on google. My ds is also not moving. I'm not walking with it nor is it moving. Just sitting on my side table. I feel like its possessed! Has anyone else ever have this happen?
     
    I haven't hatched eggs in ORAS yet, but that would make hatching eggs so much easier if it works 100% of the time. does it work with less eggs in the party? Wait, you can only have 5 at a time anyways...
