    Incase you didn't know, THIS IS THE HOPPIP FANCLUB, AND WE LIKE TOTALLY LOVE HOPPIP [and it    s evolutions]!!!

    Now that that's out of the way, we are a group of dedicated individuals that adore Nintendo's weak punching bag of a Pokemon from the Second Generation (Not cool Nintendo, not cool).

I remember when the Johto show was running and I was about 8.
There was a show that had Hoppip and an Oddish in it.
The Oddish tried to fly but the Hoppip could and I thought 
it looked pretty awesome! =)

    Hoppip, it's so light and furry and floats around.
    Skiploom, flower on it's head and floats around!
    Jumpluff has so many cotton you can have it as a pillow and floats around!!! :D

    I completely agree. The idea of the Pokemon just floating in the wind fascinates me. My neighbor just got Pokemon Ranch (I haven't had the time to get Wii Points, =(.) and I made her put a Hoppip on the ranch and it was the coolest thing. It just floated along with Raquaza and Lugia...lol, =).

    Why do I like Hoppip/Skiploom/Jumpluff?

    'Cause it can float, which makes it pwnsome. Whenever I play Pokemon Gale of Darkness on my gamecube I get a hoppip. In crystal I even went through the entire game with a team of jumpluffs. Yayz for Hoppip!

    And I totally agree, although I actually never ever got a Hoppip on Gold, Silver, or Crystal, =/. I think my like of Hoppip matured once it grew into a full 3D weed, =D.

    Well, it's not exactly the epitome of greatness battle wise, but we all still love it! And thank you for the welcome =) . I'd also like to request a topic: Do you have or plan to get a shiny hoppip?

    Well, I would definitely love to have one (If you're offering, =P). Is it a priority? Well...not exactly. As of now, I'm training my Jumpluff and Heracross for battling in Battle Revolution. Trying to catch a shiny Pokemon takes FOREVER (although I did happen upon a shiny Poochena [sp?] in Sapphire). Even if you do that chain-thingy with the PokeRadar, you could still have to try for hours. Anyone else think it's not worth it?

    Of course, even it takes some time. It's blue and shiny. :D
    Right after I train my False-swipe and Spore Breloom.
    Making me think of it makes me want to faint! xD

    Isn't shiny hoppip green? Either way, no I do not have a shiny hoppip either... Since I'm not doing anything in diamond lately I might try to start a chain for a shiny hoppip.

    No, the thread isn't dead. But it is kinda empty...
    Maybe if our members request their friends to join, it'd be a win-win for everybody!

    About your topic:
    I would edit it's special attack because Jumpluff is notorious for having a diverse special movepool, with absolutely no raw power to back it up.
     
    Can I please join the club I ove Hoppip,skiploom and jumpluff because they float they have great moves and they look awesome. My favroite is Jumpluff Right now I have a Skiploom Lv. 26 =)
     
    Could I join? Hoppip's my favourite Pokemon. :/ I've hatched 70 Hoppips on my Diamond for no reason other than the fact that I just love Hoppip since it's just... awesome. And it looks like an adorable little creeper.

    Like what KAWII'SwhatWEaim4. said, It should definitely have more Spa Attack. It seems like it would have more HP too.
     
    Wow. Two new members?! Looks like this club is starting to shape up! Now that we're starting to get some momentum, how can we prepare for 2009, the year of the Hoppip?
