The effect for Shoot is a bit 2-3 pixels upper than the right placement.

And your illus. text is... it's like that again... broken

It doesn't look like a pokemon at all, it looks like a wood board with some circles that i'm guessing are supposed to be wheels.

Pokemon are supposed to look like creatures, not like plain objects. I just made a little crappy sketch in paint of what i'd think a cannon pokemon would look similar to. It would be fire/steel too.

He looks similar to some little robot in a game i've played, forgot what it was though T_T See how his nose is like a cannon? Thats more pokemonish

But yeah, pokemon aren't supposed to look like plain items.
Oh, and the 2nd attack should at least have to flip for that.
