    its a shiny latias with all the ribbons from the ribbon sociey so its actually worth its weight in GOLD lol
     
    Level 100 Jirachi or a Level 100 Dialga Both legit

    What level is it though? If its untouched it is worth its weight in diamonds.
     
    What are it's EVs? I might offer you Groudon, Rayquaza, ect.
     
    its hacked an lvl 100 lol its from the year 2094
