3rd Gen Official Game Store Selling Counterfeit Fire Red!?

    I remember it clearly - it was about 2 years ago. I was at Oogie Games, and they had a Pokémon Fire Red Cartridge that was black instead of Red. So I figured: "What the heck?" So I asked if I could try it, and they said sure. Of course, it was a Pokémon Rom Hack...-.-

    Anyways WHY does an OFFICIAL game store carry a Counterfeit Pokémon Game? Do they really not know their games THAT well!?

    So, yeah. I just thought that this was interesting, and when I remembered I decided to share it. :P
     
    Yes, some of them do manage to get through the cracks. Bootlegs are unfortunately very common when you are shopping from places like Gamestop and Ebay.
