I got most of these through trading.
I have a bunch not listed as well. :p
Some of them are hacked, and I'm too lazy to take them off, but I don't trade them so it's fine anyways.
 
I have a shiny Gallade -_- WICH ROX :) IT IS PIMPTASTIC AND LEVEL 100 WITHOUT CHEATS AND I HAVE A LVL 49 LUXRAY WITHOUT CHEATS AND A SHINY EMPOLEON WHEN THE GAME FIRST CAME OUT WHEN I WAS HELPING ME AND MY friend get all starters girl and boy i came across a shiny piplup AND I HAVE EVERY OTHER PKMN shiny with cheats T_T

and in my emerald i had i siney Gragfgarg, swablu and Marill but i din't migrate them because i deleted my game before i got pearl
and all of those shiney besides tododile are gone traded away for something better

People use cheats to get them. If you have a shiny Arceus and Darkari. Most likely that person will use cheats to obtain the rest of the shinies. =/ . Anyway Shiny Darkari and Arceus look HORRIBLE.

I have 1 shiny in my diamond and it"s an aggron

I only have 1 shiny and it is a lv:100 aggron

And i,ve battled a person on wifi with a shiny linoone, and another with a shiny camerupt.

Oh yeah and I am right now working on getting some more shinys.

My Shinies (alot huh?)

I have a shiny mew, 2 gyaradoses, 2 tentacruels, ditto, 2 shinx, and 2 chimecos and that is it. Mew rocksssssss!

I have a shiny typhlosion (nicked off my cousin, but I have no idea how he got it) , shiny staravia and a shiny ponyta
 
The shinies that I caught so far:

Emerald:
~ Voltorb

Diamond:
~ Togepi
~ Togekiss
~ Graveler
~ Golem
~ Gyarados
~ Shellos

Shiny Gyarados and Shellos were both caught on the same day during the EV training of 1 of my Pokemon. Shiny Voltorb is gone now since the save file that contains it is deleted.

I also have many other shinies (100+) but I got them through trades.
 
I have too many shinies to name, all from trades (they're all legit, though). I found my very first shiny today, while I was levelling up in Victory Road. Level 45 Machoke. I was really shocked, I hadn't been chaining or anything and I'd only been leveling for about 5 minutes.
