I got a infernape nicknamed Sparky XD
 
My sister has a Nine-Tails that she nicknamed Naruto.
Anyway, here are some of mine.

Ditto(serious nature)-Serious B.
Ditto(timid nature)-Laurel
Ditto(hardy nature)-Hardy
Shiny Female Dragonair-Amber
Male Chimcar-Sani
Female Machoke-Ran
Male Meditite-Conan
Female Togepi-Sephiroth

That's all I can remember off the top of my head.
I'll have to go have a look at my Pokemon games and post the rest.

Well I was bored, and I had been playing Kingdom Hearts recently;
Where a certain character by the same name makes a cameo.

And I did take her to the Battle Frontier move tutors to give her some fighting/physical moves.

I have nicknamed about 10 bidoofs that i used for filler "Poo". and quite frankly, i think bidoof pretty much looks like poo with teeth
 
I named my PokePet in-game Yellow.

She's a Shiny Riolu.
I dare not evolve her, because she's my special buddy, and she looks horrible as a Shiny Lucario. I gave her a Ball Capsule because she will never leave my team.

Yeah, 4chan used to be a mudkip so it fit at the time; still kinda does. As for Rayquaza, when it's shiny it looks so much like it I just had to name it that - and give it Hyper Beam.

I think a fitting name for 2 Shiny Electrode's is 'Blue Balls'.
