Boosters, the only decks I've had is the Magma vs Aqua one and you don't even get shiny Kyogre or Groudon, I got the Armadlo shiny and Cradily shiny before the SS EX decks came out lol

I don't have a scanner and I think my rarest is Charizard EX 'cuz it's $69.99 on pokemoncards.com

I would never pay that much for one card, it is insane and you never get the ones you want in the decks, say like the FR and LG decks, you won't get a Venusaur and Charizard holo.

It sucks.... I know XD. It should be that way even if it isn't an EX.
