Yeah, nice card, nice blank, though personally I find the yellow a little dark.

^I think that it is a brilliant blank FC, and the card itself is good, I think all placements is more or less perfect. Great job.

Although I reckon you should decrease the damage for terror shock, its a tad broken i think.
