How many episodes does it have and how many manga volumes or whatever? Are both finished? And where can I get some episodes or the manga?

I've watched up until episode 8 on the new anime that was released...I'm pretty sure there are a ton of manga, it seems to be endless, my friend has most of the volumes. I've never read the manga, but I've only watched the newly released anime. It's really awesome so far.

I heard there's two animes. What's the difference and how many does both have?

I've only watched the first six episodes... it was the English dub... I wanted to watch more but I couldn't be bothered to actually buy them... I wouldn't mind seeing the movie though.

I've never seen the anime or movie, but I've read one manga. It was the one entitled 'Love Potion #9'

Umm...Let's see if I remember...The manga is somewhere around 40 volumes with no signs of ever ending. There was an OVA series, a movie series, and just recently an anime series. Hope that helps.
