This doesn't really rhyme xD. It would need more organization to work. o_O Why don't we use one line to describe the Pokemon, and then challenge the next person to end with a rhyming word. It would only go for two lines with the rhyming thing though.
Example:
Squirtle is a turtle and its element is water,
So I'll carry on and use Flareon to make this song hotter...
