I see all these posts talking about their ruby/sapphire teams that have pokemon like tyranitar, umbreon, lapras and all the others that were in the other games but are not, to my knowledge, in r/s. Do you guys just mix them all together for online battling? And are the people who claim to have them in their r/s teams using gameshark?
Also how can you use tms from other games on your r/s pokemon for the online battling? how do you even know they'll be able to learn those moves?
Someone told me to breed pain split onto my dusclops, for example. Am I missing something? Is misdreavus in ruby? Whats going on???

Humm... about Lapras I dunno, but have ya ever heard of Pokemon Colosseum?
If not, its a Nintendo Gamecube Game that lets ya transfer some Old G/S/C Pokemon, to your Ru/Sa. I Colosseum, ya steal other people's Pokemon, and when ya beat the game, ya can pass that ones (That includes Umbreon and Tyranitar) to your Ru/Sa. Check more at www.serebii.net Colosseum Page.

Well, if you don't play online, you can't do much. You'll just have to wait until FRLG comes out in September. Those who NB know about all this because it has an online BattleDex and it shows us what moves they can learn, how they learn it, their stats (max, lowest, mid, etc) and some other things. They also have a MoveDex which tells you what move does what and so on.

In online battling, all your Pokemon are automatically level 100 and you just choose the moves for them. And the moves have to be legal up to FRLG.

And I told you to breed Dusclops to get Pain Split...
