6th Gen OK so the starters in X&Y Basically just get fatter instead of evolving?

    I was looking at the starters evolution but they all seem to have just gotten fatter. Is Game Freak not even trying anymore?
     
    I disagree completely, but there's another thread for this anyway
     
    How do you think greninja got fatter? In fact is one of the skinniest looking starters to me. And Fennikin's final evo is skiny it just has a drass like fur pattern.
     
    Chespin is the only one who gains a considerable amount of weight! haha, it suits it though, it's going to be a tank fighting type after all.
