4th Gen ok... this really makes me angry...

i luv (LOLZ) soft resetin because u get really depresed after a looonngg time and then when u finally c it... you get this huge smile on ur face... like ur a fat kid c'ing ice cream 4 the first time... but yea... soft resetin is tyt... not in dp tho...

Well, sure, you can trust your Pokemon. But in the end it all comes down to mechanics. There is no trust mechaninc programed into the game, and I've yet to see happiness help you in battle (besides Return and Frustration). It all comes down to EVs, IVs, Stats, Movesets, and Held Items. When you trust in your Pokemon, you trust that you've raised them correctly.

It may seem heartless, but they ARE just lines of code. If you want trust and companionship, go get a pet. ;)


I haven't really noticed a difference in the speed of soft reset from Emerald to Pearl. Any difference at all might stem from being forced to watch 5-8 seconds of the opening, and only being able to move on after the stars start falling. I only soft reseted for about an hour on my Palkia, and in the end I got fed up with it. I didn't even last that long when I was doing it with Rayquaza on Emerald.
 
thats tyt zyph??? wats up w/ ur name... but yea... how can you trust lines and numbers... makes no sense 2 me... and u got to be patient and it will come.... shinies are worth it in the end....

Lol, I'm not after rares. I've told you that. I don't reset like that anyway. To me it doesn't matter. ;) Too some I suppose it does. I haven't noticed though.

This does get on my nerves when I'm looking for a high-level Pokemon in a honey tree. But, hey, at least you can run in buildings. :)
 
restarting your game over and over for a shiny starter or anything other Pokemon that you save at and go to it, means your wasting your time and have no life

Hey hey hey! Shiny Regigigas can happen without cheating (it only took me a day to get him). It just takes alot of resetting. Just be patient.
 
if you do not like the rules don't play... nobody is forcing you... Matter of fact Ithink you pay money to them to play their games... if you didn't like it then don't pay...
