It depends. Are you going to narrate them like Marriland and countless others do? I find it pretty boring when people record gameplay but have no narration. What's the point? Part of the reason I watch walkthrough videos is the narration, I can play the game by myself.

I would add my voice, but I have a realistic and an artistic reason why I don't:
Realistically, my mic is broke.
Artistically, it would ruin the illusion you are watching the walkthrough like a TV show/movie (filling in your voices with your imagination), and my talking would be akin to breaking the fourth wall

Well, I guess if you are gong to make a walkthrough/guide, and don't want to use a mic, you should put text sequences, instead of narriation. That's what I would do.

Yes, random people will watch your video. Just make sure you have enough tags, so people can search up your videos. Also I think youtube only lets you have 10 minutes videos only unless you have permission to make a video more than 10 minutes. ;]
