Old Cards in New Format?

I'm looking for excerpts from, or else a paraphrasing of, the passage from (I believe) the diamond/pearl decks featuring Torterra, Infernape, and Empoleon. I think there was a table in it relating the new and old functions of those cards, which is what I'm interested in if that helps.

Anyone who could point me in the right direction would be doing me a great favour, thanks in advance.

I'm not exactly sure what you're asking. What do you mean by old and new function of cards?

I actually found what I was looking for. Regardless, the group I play with had decided to start using the diamond and pearl cards exclusively now, so its all good.

To clarify, I meant in regards to weakness/resistances and in regards to new cards generally not referring to pokémon EX where they might have in older sets, etc.

Old cards being used in the new format work exactly like they did in their respective formats- EX series Pokemon still have x2 weaknesses, you still draw two prizes for killing an EX, you still have to flip to attack a baby, etc. The only exceptions are Fossils, who now count as a Knocked Out Pokemon when killed (ad a few other rule changes. :/).

When I read the title, I thought you meant like the new Energy Search, or Pokeball or stuff like that.
