Well I havent played Yu-Gi-Oh in 2 or 3 years so I'm probably not equipped with the new,hot cards. But when I DID play I won 50 or so consecutive matches at my local game hangout. I might get back into Yu-Gi-Oh though. It seems fun, please tell me if there are upgraded versions of the cards I have, and I'll look them up. So yeah, that's my deck. XD

Graceful Charity, Snatch Steal, Pot of Greed, Painful Choice, Raigeki, Ring of Destruction, and Call of the Haunted are all banned. Monster Reborn is also limited to 1 per deck. ...Most of these cards have actually been banned for quite some time.

    they have been removed.
    deck updated, now legal.

...You still need to add eight more cards to replace the ones that you removed.

Actually, now that I think about it...a good amount of this Deck is actually out-of-date or generally weak, particularly about half of the Spell and Trap lineup:

-Two Man Cell Battle -- Your monster line is composed mainly of Effect monsters, making this a dead card for most of the duel.
-Bait Doll -- The semi-self-recursion effect only interferes with drawing other useful cards, and most common Traps can be activated in response, regardless.
-Wicked Breaking Flamberge - Baou -- A two-card investment that can easily be destroyed by Mystical Space Typhoon or Dust Tornado is not worthwhile when it mostly just allows for effect negation.
-Spell Absorption -- The healing is too slow to do anything in the long run, and I see nothing to take advantage of it.
-Mask of Weakness -- A 700-ATK decrease is actually quite cheap in the game, and Shadow Spell provides a much more useful version if the attack decrease is really that important to you. Of course, I am far from suggesting that you use Shadow Spell, either.
-Solemn Wishes -- This is in the same situation as Spell Absorption, only is actually a bit slower in this deck.
-Spell Shield Type-8 -- I suppose that this could be argued depending on the deck and budget, but the usefulness of this card has somewhat reached its end with the advent of more alternatives.
-Trap Hole -- Bottomless Trap Hole outclasses it, end of story.

One of the section regulars should help you more with this, but these are probably a minimum of which cards need to go.

Icha, you are a regular, you silly moose. Don't deny it. Been around the section longer than me too. =P

SO, the cards in this deck that are still up-to-date/worth running are:

    Breaker the Magical Warrior
    Kycoo, the Ghost Destroyer
    Lightning Vortex
    Monster Reborn
    Mystical Space Typhoon
Nobleman of Crossout (somewhat iffy since we don't get a lot of set these days)
    Penguin Soldier
    Soul Exchange (very iffy)
    Torrential Tribute
    Dust Tornado

...and that's it, really. Beyond that, this is really a collection of sort-of high atk monsters (most of which aren't even that good at it) and a support spread with some almost randomized features like the LP gain cards. I would not really suggest keeping any of the cards not listed above, nor would I suggest keeping the specific combination above either, but I can't really make any suggestions since this deck seems to lack any central strategy to begin with.

All in all...yeeeeah, it's been a long while since a deck could get by simply by having a few normal summonable semi-buff beatsticks. Suggest looking up some up-to-date decklists from tournament coverages and such to get an idea of what YGO gameplay is like these days (as seriously, I don't think I could explain it without writing an essay or two). A lot of level 4s come with 1900 Atk or more and useful effects on top, too and Frostosaurus brought the roof level of one-tribute vanilla Atk to 2600 too.
