A long eel-like fish with quills all around it. It can be found flying in stormy rain clouds or deep in the ocean.

I'll think about this one for a second.

Charegchu - Primarily an ice-type with electric powers as well.
It has a yellow body covered in shards of ice. It has two powerful arms with sharp needle-like claws. It's tail looks like a Charmander's only frozen.

Consider these pokemanz as seperate entities

Sharp left forearm. Vertical blades on the up and down of the right forearm.
