Omg, this stuff is actually UU? (UU RMT)

well,there's some poeple who'll use 1 OU pokemon in their team,or 1 BL.Maybe they shodul ahve sometihng like BL but between ubers and OU to stop the Garchomp argument

A) Nobody who adheres to tiers is willing to allow a single OU or even BL, since that is introducing a poke that has already been deemed too strong for that particular tier.
B) There is no need for a new tier, if there was it would be inhabitted by Garchomp and Regular Deoxys.
 
oh yeah.PLus a lot fo OU okes that can go in ubers,they woudl all probably be KO'd by them
 
You can go forward in tiers, but never backwards... ie Blissey can go Uber but Rayquaza can't go to OU, same with any OU/BL pokemon can't go into UU

A single OU/BL pokemon makes the team OU/BL
