This is a team I made a few days ago with, well, no help (noone likes me), so it's probably naff, but i tried to balance it out.
It's an offensive team, so don't be surprised there's no walls.
Also, there's no Wobby, as i can't use him.

Why Did You Pick This Pokemon?
It's the fastest uber on 2 legs.guaranteed to get at least SR up (everyone i've battled did that before taunt). Shadow Ball gets any other Psychic leads (e.g. Deoxy-S).
Taunt stops them setting up.

Any replacements?
ermm......Suppose i could lead with Darkrai and replace that with something.I'm new to ubers, don't know what leads are best.

Why Did You Pick This Pokemon?
It's really fast, negates any unwanted weather effects, is really powerful even before DD, with it almost unstoppable.

Any replacements?
Dialga?Palkia?? Giratina-O???
I haven't come across the latter much, but they're strong.

Why Did You Pick This Pokemon?
It's a good revenge killer, and can pwn lots of different pokes. thanks to Drizzle Thunder doesn't miss, Surf is there for when it's got too low Hp for Water Spout. Ice Beam is for dragons.
Any replacements?
Hmmmm.....well, if i replace Kyogre i have to replace Manaphy, as while Manaphy survives on it's own, Kyogre really helps it.

Why Did You Pick This Pokemon?
It's a good staller. On it's own it functions good, Toxic the opponent, then either stall with rest or just keep switching depending on what move it pulls.
When Kyogre's set up Drizzle, it just stays in, instantly waking from Rest or other statuses put on it by enemies. Ice Beam and Surf provide the offence.
This swept about 3 teams, right down to the last poke.

Any replacements?
Not sure, possibly Deoxys-D, Wobby, or Lugia, as they're walls.

Why Did You Pick This Pokemon?
There's no other strong grass types, and this has brilliant sweeping abilities. Serene Grace abuse, high Spe and SpA, Sub for safety....just seemed a good choice.

Giratina-O possibly, it has a good movepool aswell.

Dark Void is 100% accurate, + Bad Dreams= lethal. good against other Darkrai (Focus Blast). If you sleep everyone then use Nasty Plot, by the time they wake up, Dark Pulse sweeps easily.

Well, i think it's a well-balanced team. Lacks a defensive aspect, which is sometimes it's letdown, but i wanted an offensive team right from the start.
won 13/20 battles on shoddy last 2 nights. Not brilliant, but better than 10- wins.
Possibly to SpA-oriented, but i've used physical pokes in Ubers, and most of them have failed.


So please, rate away, try to be helpful in your negativity.

Choice Scarf Palkia decimates your team, even moreso due to Kyogre's infinite Rain. Everything on your team is 2HKOed or OHKOed (I didn't check Manaphy, but it will still be unable to inflict any noticable damage to it), and nothing bar Rayquaza can OHKO it back. This is by far the biggest threat to your team, so in order to patch this up, I would replace Manaphy with either a Blissey, Wobbuffet, or even defensive Quagsire (lol, don't knock it till you try it!). They can all swap in on Palkia relatively easy (Wobbuffet fears Surf though), and can cripple / wall it. Wobb can go so far as to kill it, letting Rayquaza sweep easier. Wobbuffet also traps Lugia and can allow Rayquaza to DD up multiple times to the point where it is unable to take Outrage. The rest of your team is pretty standard, although Life Orb > Lum Berry on Darkrai would be a pretty decent alternative. The extra power can be worth it against Giratina and Lugia, and nobody really tries to status Darkrai, they'd rather kill it outright.

Skymin looks okay, although you may want to make it a SubSeeder to combat stall. It also helps against Bulk Up Dialga, who also completely walls your team. Up to you really.

Ok, i'll take that lot into account when making changes.


Don't mean to be stubborn, but Manaphy's actually turning into my most dangerous poke, even if a flippin Groudon or Rayquaza comes out and stops the rain.


And although i dunno the stats, i'm sure Earth Power can dispatch Bulk Up Dialga

Chances are it's going to win.. I have basically no knowledge of Uber play, but you're going to have a hard time KOing it.

To be honest, even with Leech Seed on Skymin this team has a lot of trouble with Bulk Up Dialga. Another fix I can see is removing Overheat for Earthquake on your Rayquaza, since it will let you pretty much flat out destroy Dialga after a Dragon Dance, rather than resorting to Outrage or being set-up on. Really, what is Overheat doing? Scizor? He's going to come in on your Outrage or to Bullet Punch you, so it's moot whether you kill him with EQ or Overheat. Bronzong? I really can't argue with that, though if the 36th most common Pokemon is giving your team trouble, I'd consider re-working it. Skarmory and Forretress? Both owned by Kyogre, and the latter is still hit relatively hard by Earthquake and can't do much back but Explode (which essentially makes the score neutral).

Life Orb over Lum Berry would also help remedy this Bulk Up Dialga weakness a tad. Since a LO Focus Blast averages at about 68%, whereas a non-LO Focus Blast does 51% on average. Essentially, with no LO, you 2HKO it 31% with Leftovers, but with LO it's guaranteed.

For Palkia, if i know what it is, it's a lot easier. Manaphy can switch in fairly safely on physical choicer to hit it at least once with Ice Beam for neutral damage.
On the special one, obviously it's weak to Thunder. I suppose i could revenge kill it with Kyogre, or Rayquaza and Outrage it, but yes, Palkia is my major weakness, as i'm gonna need one hell of an argument to persuade me to replace one of my pokes.

But i figured the Groundon can only safely switch in on Darkrai, Rayquaza, and Deoxys-S, so only half my team. so if it does switch in, on those, Dark Pulse and Shadow Ball of Darkrai and Deoxys are going to a decent amount of damage, as Groudon has low SpD.However, yes, Rayqauza would struggle.

I couldn't switch in Kyogre, as it'd take a bit of damage off anything except overheat, weakening water spout.

Shaymin could switch in to it, and get in at least one Seed Flare, before getting killed. Manaphy should take one hit, but then speed would let it down, as Groudon guarantees no rain to abuse hydration with.
