Once more, a new OU team!

Screwed up typing the topic title, this isn't UU. It's OU.

Metagross @ Choice Band ** Cybus
    Trait: Clear Body
    EVs: 252 HP / 232 Atk / 16 Def / 8 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Earthquake
    - Explosion
    - Meteor Mash
    - Rock Slide
Pretty much what made me think of this team. A serious monster.

    Skarmory (F) @ Choice Band ** Clank
    Trait: Sturdy
    EVs: 160 HP / 244 Atk / 104 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Drill Peck
    - Hidden Power [Ground]
    - Rock Slide
    - Spikes
Lures Magneton, which threatens CBgross, and nails it on a predicted switch to it with HP Ground. EVs by Synchronize.

    Regice @ Leftovers ** Cyberice
    Trait: Clear Body
    EVs: 208 HP / 252 Atk / 48 SAtk
    Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd)
    - Explosion
    - Focus Punch
    - Ice Beam
    - Thunder
FP Regice by Synchronize. This time I'm pretty sure I'm using it right.

    Ludicolo (M) @ Leftovers ** Donald
    Trait: Swift Swim
    EVs: 212 HP / 56 Def / 20 Spd / 220 SDef
    Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
    - Ice Beam
    - Leech Seed
    - Seismic Toss
    - Substitute
Again, credit to ol' Synchro for this.

    Starmie @ Leftovers ** Patrick
    Trait: Natural Cure
    EVs: 220 HP / 36 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Rapid Spin
    - Recover
    - Surf
    - Thunderbolt
Special sweeper and spinner. Thought I'd use this rather than Gengar this time.

    Vileplume (M) @ Leftovers ** Bob
    Trait: Chlorophyll
    EVs: 252 HP / 28 Spd / 228 SDef
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Aromatherapy
    - Hidden Power [Grass]
    - Leech Seed
    - Sleep Powder
    Wanted a cleric.

Only fought three battles, won two of them.

not a fan of vileplume myself, but i think yours could be more withstanding with some defense EVs. sure to think that bold makes up for those evs, but i don't see why the few speed EVs you've set would contribute as as much as they would as defense EVs.

i'd move some hp evs on metagross to speed, and not sure on this one, but instead of rock slide on skarmory, whirlwind? vs another skarmony (or other steel that can't be taken by HP ground), i doubt rock slide will be the answer to your probs.

i think the hp evs on starmie are a little much for a special sweeper with decent tanking potential. they help for recovering, but its base HP is already quite mediocre and doesn't mask starmie's vulnerability to a lot of attacks.

SToss is pretty eh on Ludicolo.
You have a Heracross weak once that Skarmory is gone, or stuck on something that's not Drill Peck.

don't see how this thing works with much effectiveness without much speed. the lack of speed also prevents pulling off explosion successfully. You might want to consider using an agility gross as those tend to be better anyway, because this guy gets walled by a decent physical tank(often skarms), and you end up needing to switch while the opponent sets up with spikes or something.

    Skarmory (F) @ Choice Band ** Clank
    Trait: Sturdy
    EVs: 160 HP / 244 Atk / 104 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Drill Peck
    - Hidden Power [Ground]
    - Rock Slide
    - Spikes

gotta give you props for creativity. a CB skarm? I don't see how this thing does any good other than luring out and KO'ing magneton though. you need a physical tank badly and this guy doesn't cut it. CB also prevents it from spiking at its convienience, and no whirlwind to compliment...

    Regice @ Leftovers ** Cyberice
    Trait: Clear Body
    EVs: 208 HP / 252 Atk / 48 SAtk
    Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd)
    - Explosion
    - Focus Punch
    - Ice Beam
    - Thunder
FP Regice by Synchronize. This time I'm pretty sure I'm using it right.
can't say i'm familiar with regice's moves but i see where you're going with this.. don't see how ice beam and thunder will do much damage without the ev's though. but i guess this is more for focus punching the unexpecting blisseys.

    Ludicolo (M) @ Leftovers ** Donald
    Trait: Swift Swim
    EVs: 212 HP / 56 Def / 20 Spd / 220 SDef
    Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
    - Ice Beam
    - Leech Seed
    - Seismic Toss
    - Substitute
Again, credit to ol' Synchro for this.
a good special tank, but seismic toss sucks ass on it. defensive ev's does next to nothing in this case and would probably be better if they go into SAtt. maybe giga drain or some other special instead of seismic toss.

    Starmie @ Leftovers ** Patrick
    Trait: Natural Cure
    EVs: 220 HP / 36 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Rapid Spin
    - Recover
    - Surf
    - Thunderbolt
Special sweeper and spinner. Thought I'd use this rather than Gengar this time.
not sure about the ev's. since it's a sweeper and not meant to be taking on much damage, how about ev's in speed rather than hp?

    Vileplume (M) @ Leftovers ** Bob
    Trait: Chlorophyll
    EVs: 252 HP / 28 Spd / 228 SDef
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Aromatherapy
    - Hidden Power [Grass]
    - Leech Seed
    - Sleep Powder

looks good. hp fire is an alternative

Only fought three battles, won two of them.

i think some of these pokemon differ from the standards so honestly i'm not sure how effective they are, but that's my 2 cents.

c_dog's been out of the game too long, since CBSkarm was introduced a little while ago. Welcome back.

Down the HP, Up the speed a little, IMO.

    Skarmory (F) @ Choice Band ** Clank
    Trait: Sturdy
    EVs: 160 HP / 244 Atk / 104 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Drill Peck
    - Hidden Power [Ground]
    - Rock Slide
    - Spikes

Metagross only lures Magneton in if you get outpredicted, in which the same thing happens to a worse extent to Skarmory. You're better off with Subskarm, as at least one of your normal resistances need durability.

    Regice @ Leftovers ** Cyberice
    Trait: Clear Body
    EVs: 208 HP / 252 Atk / 48 SAtk
    Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd)
    - Explosion
    - Focus Punch
    - Ice Beam
    - Thunder

    Oh, really. I'm so touched.

    Ludicolo (M) @ Leftovers ** Donald
    Trait: Swift Swim
    EVs: 212 HP / 56 Def / 20 Spd / 220 SDef
    Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
    - Ice Beam
    - Leech Seed
    - Seismic Toss
    - Substitute
Again, credit to ol' Synchro for this.

For those of you who are wondering why SToss is there, Ludicolo must back up Focus Punch Regice, who can't touch Raikou after a few CMs. And you can believe there are those who think Raikou and Zapdos are Ludicolo counters.

    Starmie @ Leftovers ** Patrick
    Trait: Natural Cure
    EVs: 220 HP / 36 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Rapid Spin
    - Recover
    - Surf
    - Thunderbolt
Special sweeper and spinner. Thought I'd use this rather than Gengar this time.

You'll want Ice Beam over Thunderbolt. Trust me. Trade the SAtk for Speed. You'll want between 320-332.

    Vileplume (M) @ Leftovers ** Bob
    Trait: Chlorophyll
    EVs: 252 HP / 28 Spd / 228 SDef
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Aromatherapy
    - Hidden Power [Grass]
    - Leech Seed
    - Sleep Powder
    Wanted a cleric.

Rarely works in OU from my experiences.

Only fought three battles, won two of them.

Salamence problems, especially if Starmie has no Ice Beam. Skarmory can't field Salamence hits forever without Leftovers, and Salamence rarely stays in on Metagross unless it's about to finish it off. Not quite sure how to really fix this one.

um? is this mullet or torkoal? or someone else? anyhow you must have changed your nick. with D/P coming out an old gamer like myself was going to come back one of these days.

the only way this team beats salamence is if starmie packs some speed and outspeed it, but if the mence DD's up then it's game over for the entire team. that's why i think this team is better off with skarm as a physical tank rather than a CB'er. I stand by my opinion that CBskarms are only useful as magneton counters.
