[OOC/SU] War Between Pokemon & Humans [PG-17]

What would be the ending of the War?

  • Pokemon wins, taking over the region, forcing Humans into being slaves. Leading to Sequel where Huma

    Votes: 9 22.5%

  • Humans win, taking back the conquered cities, banishing Pokemon away from the Region. Pokemon's Coun

    Votes: 7 17.5%

  • Peace Treaty (Borrrring). Both sides maintain a good balance in rights, cities, bondings etc. half h

    Votes: 5 12.5%

  • Both sides are defeated, injured, the whole Region will be dead and destroyed. Cannot be built back,

    Votes: 11 27.5%

  • Humans and Pokemon co-operate again and things will be back to what they were years ago. Humans will

I don't think we should keep the same OCC, its getting a bit cluttered IMO.
 
Sometimes you just need to let things die ODST... The next OOC should be opened in a week or two at most. So I don't see why we should work hard to make sure this thread is at the top...

Once the new OOC opens things will be active again... Or should...
 
Wasn't my idea, I was on the let it dies side too, well, more on the line between the two, then the idea to keep it alive was stated and I decided to change sides.

Though, you could of let it die by not posting anything, since I wouldn't be able to reply to myself, then with there being to new comments, it would die. but no, you posted, adding more life to the dying ooc thread because you wanted to say something to me.

I'm pretty sure if this OOC died, you would fall off the face of the PC until the sequel, whenever that will be.

Honestly it would be nice IF the thread survived as long as there was a use for it. Speculation, planning, etc...

Honestly I'm interested in how this War will start and the environment. Two things stick out to me that is different:

First the original "bond" between Pokemon and Humans has been severed... the lies of human society have been revealed about Pokemon training. The hate and mistrust between the two races has been established, but at the same time true understanding.

I'm curious what ignites the next war, and how it begins. Honestly I would like how both sides form and react. Instead of complete surprise and betrayal from the humans I would like to see some of them prepared for the impending conflict. Also humanity beginning to lean more on technology than Pokemon like before the first rebellion, and the humans quickly turning this technology on the Pokemon.

Honestly I liked how the humans were devastated in this first RP, but in this one I would like to see the humans take the new rebellion off guard with new technology, and the measures taken to win. Looking throughout history its scary almost to see how fast humanity can develop and what measures we will take to win in the mist of war...

Basically Humanity's evolution with technology. Another idea would have humanity split into sub factions... those who are unwilling to accept many new technologies (like integrating machinery into the human body to increase our "potential"), and those embracing the technology fully and "sacrificing" their humanity in an effort to "evolve."

Also it looks like the middle faction (trying to rebuild the friendship between Pokemon and Humans) will play a larger role as it seems

@Stingray Honestly, you say honestly to much. But I totally agree with you. I do think we should start a bit of planning. I know at some point I need to go look at a map of Hoenn.. (Is that how its spelled?)

We should of named them the TROLLs (The Real Official legendary league)

I need to find a friend on the pokemon side, having an enemy is fun, but I need to switch it up.

@EK just 'cause I'm not in any other RPs doesn't mean I don't post in other sections, I'm in the other voting pools a lot now... If you have a recommendation for someone who doesn't retain much pokemon knowledge anymore...

Yes them and human/Pokemon PCs that are going that route also... just from how the other one ended and the final posts I could see that happening a bit more in this one.

You could probably be friends with Silence's kid :D He'll be a bit more human-friendly than Silence was.

I'm curious to see how many characters do that... I know my character will NOT be for helping to mend the friendship between humans and Pokemon. Actually I might make him hunt those humans who "betray" humanity to help the Pokemon. Well maybe... along side killing Pokemon of course.

He has a serious chip on his shoulder against Pokemon and the person he takes orders from doesn't like Pokemon... at all.

PS Yes he has a connection to the people in my last post... why else would I have posted that if it wasn't leading up to something :p
