I started a new game in leaf green and noticed the speech box with the pokeball in it, so i ripped it and made it smaller.
you use it by making a common event called show message or whatever and then, in event commands, go to message display options and make it transparent and at the bottom. And then show picture and choose it.
To type in it you have to skip the first line in message, then press space 9 times. You can have up to 25 characters on each line and there are three lines.

I'm using that message box for my intro, i just finished editing the text and setting the text speed.

Now there is a Truck bit in the intro, like ruby and sapphire.
The intro seemed a little short so I added the truck bit.
Oh, by the way, your mother in the game is nurse joy.
Also now there is going to be an ABS...kinda...you still run into battles but you go to a battle map and have an Action Battle with your foe!
I'm testing it out with a pidgey, so far so good!

my friends at school keep arguing about what kind of battle system i should put in.
now i don't know what one to do...
